Delete your Facet Cards account

Facet Cards is operated by Sevenals Limited. You can delete your account and its cards in the app or on the website.

In the app

Open Settings, enter your password, and choose Delete my account.

On the website

Sign in and open Account settings, then enter your password and choose Delete my account.

If you cannot sign in

Email mike.lindsay@sevenals.com from the address on your account to request deletion. We will verify that the account belongs to you. Do not send your password.

What is deleted

Deleting an account removes its profile, cards, public pages, active sessions, and linked RevenueCat billing profile from the live service. Automatic database backups are retained for seven days before expiry. Contact files or QR images already saved by other people cannot be recalled.

If you have Plus, cancel the subscription in your Apple or Google account before deleting your Facet Cards account. Deleting your Facet Cards account does not cancel store billing.
